Our Philosophy

Where Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Practice

At Panchajanya Yogashala, every asana is a conversation with tradition. Rooted in the timeless Hatha and Ashtanga lineages of Rishikesh, our practice goes beyond the physical — it is an invitation to discover stillness, cultivate prana, and awaken the light that already lives within you.

Our name is drawn from the divine conch Panchajanya (पञ्चजन्य) — the sacred instrument of Lord Krishna whose resonant call summons courage, clarity, and the resolve to walk the path of self-realization.

Yes! We offer a complimentary first class so you can experience the space, the energy, and the teaching style before committing. Simply fill out the contact form or visit us in person.

What styles of yoga do you teach?

We specialize in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama (breathwork), Yin Yoga, and Meditation. We also offer 200-hour Teacher Training certification programs.
